Captured Viper nest leader Alexander Montgomery was to be transfered to Fedral custody this after noon, the transfer has been disrupted by Viper. first reports are many injured some feared dead. Montgomery has been shot current status undetermined. Local hero team "The Minute Men" are takeing a beating, only Ironsides is still up and fighting.
